Platinum Video Tour Package . . . . $299
Narrated with Music | 4-7 minute "walk through" and "pan" tour of a property. This is our most detailed, in depth tour, presented with background music and a full, scripted standard narration creating a mood and feel for the property. Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots and drive throughs, maps, etc. as well as highlighting standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. This tour may include Google Earth satellite fly down and aerial photographs of the home, if available. Perfect for a average sized home or luxury property. Unbranded for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. Silver Video Tour Package . . . . $199
Music only | (same as Platinum but with out narration) This tour is a 4-7 minute "walk through" and "pan" tour of a property. This is a detailed, in depth tour, presented with background music. Tours highlight standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. This tour may include Google Earth satellite fly down and aerial photographs of the home, if available. Perfect for a average sized home or luxury property. Unbranded for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. Basic Video Tour Package . . . . $99
Simplistic | 2-3 minute high definition "walk through video" tour of a property, with limited editing, set to background music. Perfect for a condominium or small house. Either unbranded for use on the MLS or unbranded for sale by owner but not both. Video provided in mulitiple formats (Windows Media, MPEG2, Flash) on DVD or at FTP site. Customer responsible for uploading and distributing video onto internet. See Sample Video Order A Tour
Premium Photo Package . . . . $129 at the same time as video package
HDR Still Photography | Up to twelve (12) still photos, 800 pixel x 600 pixel, presented in a Flash slideshow format. Our High Dynamic Range Photography breathes new life into your photographs! Using only available natural light, it eliminates the typical white window "blowout" of most real estate photography! We take multiple exposures of each room and blend them together to create a beautiful, real life representation of the space! See Sample Picture.
Video Quality | Each tour is shot in high definition
format with a wide angle lens to show off the property in the best
light. A high definition camera equipped with a wide angle lens and a "steadycam"
stabilizer is used to create a "walk through" look to the tour, from
the exterior of the home and throughout each room. No shaking or jerky
home video type movements that you see with handheld camcorders.
Editing | After the shoot the video is
professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer
through the home. The background music will be selected from royalty
free music that is available to you at no charge and free from
copyright restrictions. Presented in Flash (.swf) format, compatible with over 98%++ of all computer systems. Videos are also uploaded to half dozen web video sites, such as Realtor.com (see spinning red house), Yahoo Video, YouTube, Revver, WellcomeMat, etc. This gives your property additional exposure online as well as considerable exposure for your listing and links to your personal website through Google search results.
Realtor.Com | Leverage the Power of the Featured Tour or Video buttons at Realtor.com. We will link the video tour we produce to your listing at Realtor.com for free as long as you have the Enhanced Showcase Listing Service with Realtor.com all ready. If you do not have that service then as an authorized partner for Realtor.com we can create the link for $30. Click here and slide down toward the end of the page for detailed benefits of this service. The difference between the two buttons is that the Featured Tour button is for links to another website which host the video such as we do at Wild Fire Video Tours. Larger Homes | Properties of 5,000 square feet and larger will cost an additional $100/per 2,000 sq ft (beyond the first 5,000). Properties of 5,000 sq ft and larger are not eligible for the Basic Package. The square footage refers to the building/home and not the acreage. The square footage that is or will be put on the MLS listing is what is used to figure cost. These restrictions and additional cost are due to the additional film and edit time that will be required to present you with a satisfactory video.
Seasonal changes | If seasonal changes require new
footage and re-editing of your tour, there is a one time charge for
reshooting and re-editing your tour [optional] . . .
