1. All videos remain the copyright of Wild Fire Video Tours, and the customer relinquishes all image rights of participants and places contained in the video to Wild Fire Video Tours in perpetuity.
2. Wild Fire Video Tours may use the video in it's entirety for promotional purposes on it's own website.
3. Wild Fire Video Tours reserves the right to re-use any individual scenes, in isolation, in the making of other videos.
4. Wild Fire Video Tours will not re-use any complete video in it’s original form except for the specific client by whom the film was commissioned and purchased, or on our own website and promotional marketing material.
Terms & Conditions
1. Unsuitable weather for filming video tours is defined as 100% overcast or precipitation in any form or the presence of ominous/dark/stormy clouds.
2. There is a $100 cost for rescheduling of filming due to unsuitable weather when the customer agrees to filming during unsuitable weather and for any reason request re-filming.
3.Travel/Gas surcharges as outlined on the pricing page of www.wildfirevideotours.com for distances of 50 to 75 mile radius from Howell Michigan to film for an ordered and confirmed video tour will be non-refundable and the responsibility of the odering customer once the distance has been traveled/incurred by Wild Fire Video Tours
4. Travel/Gas surcharges or other quoted cost for distances beyond a 75 mile radius from Howell Michigan that have been accepted by odering customer will be non-refundable and the responsibility of the odering customer once they have been incurred by Wild Fire Video Tours.
